Ordering & Quotes
There is no fixed minimum. We supply single ladders and full warehouse fit-outs alike — send your list and we will price it.
Standard items are quoted within one working day. Fabricated items with drawings usually take two to three working days.
Yes. Mill test certificates and material certificates are supplied on request with the delivery documents.
Delivery
Yes, we deliver to all seven emirates with our own fleet. Delivery windows are scheduled to your site.
Delivery within Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman is normally included. Other emirates are quoted per load.
Standard racking, pipe and panel lines held at Al Sajaa typically dispatch within two to five working days.
Products & Sizes
Yes. Send the opening dimensions and load requirement and we will confirm the nearest standard or fabricate to drawing.
Powder coating in standard RAL colours, galvanising, or raw steel. Custom colours are available on larger orders.
Yes — mesh decks, timber panels, frame guards, row spacers, load signage, couplers, boards and castors.
Installation
Yes. Our own crews handle racking, mezzanine, scaffolding and fencing installation across the UAE.
Yes. Installation can be scheduled around your shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
Bays are load tested at handover and a configuration sheet is issued with the recommended maximum loading.
Payment & Terms
Advance payment for first orders, with credit terms available to trade accounts after review.
Bank transfer and cheque. Card payment can be arranged for smaller orders.
Yes. A VAT invoice is issued with every order.
After Sales
Manufacturing defects are covered for twelve months from delivery. Coating and structural warranties vary by product.
Yes. Beam levels are adjustable and our crews can reconfigure or relocate systems as your operation changes.
Yes, beams, uprights, clips, decks and guards are held for all systems we supply.
